Poor hygiene. We were sitting down and saw a cockroach and a small mouse crawling through our fried pizzas. There were hairs in them. The waiter couldn't even take an order; he needed a decoder to understand what I ordered. Hygiene needs to be addressed immediately. There's a problem: food poisoning.

The pizza arrived 1 hour and 10 minutes later, after I called the pizzeria a second time. The delivery driver had supposedly left but still asked for information about the delivery. The pizza arrived cold, not even lukewarm, even though I live 5 minutes from the pizzeria. I gave them a second chance, but given my previous experience, I won't be ordering from them a third time.

The order never arrived, even though after calling back, both our orders were ready and the delivery driver was about to arrive. In short, I wasted 3 hours of my time. God will not reward you.

Hello, I ordered a tenders kebab with white sauce in a wrap. Aside from the fact that the kebab was incredibly thin, I got food poisoning. I just got out of the emergency room, and I ate that kebab three days ago. My stomach and intestines have suffered lasting damage. I hadn't eaten at your place for a long time because I saw the state of your kitchen, and it really scared me—the cook handling the money and then the food. But since you're the only snack bar that stays open late, I could only eat there. Know that this food poisoning has traumatized me for life. If I hadn't gone to the emergency room, I could have died. I would have needed intravenous antibiotics, and that's not all. Seriously, don't eat there. I lost 2.5 kg in just three days. I'm only just starting to eat again today, and I'm feeling much better. As for salmonella, I don't know what's stopping me from filing a complaint, but you are a danger.

Avoid at all costs! They made mistakes with the orders, the fries in the sandwiches were undercooked, the sandwiches were overflowing with sauces, and there was tomato sauce in the makloubs?! Especially since I'm intolerant to tomato and they don't usually serve it! No one answers when you call to report the problem, plus I had an extra stomach ache all day. All this to say, don't go back!

I order from there quite often; it's usually very good and reliable. However, this time I placed a large order: three American-style paninis and two kebabs. The bread arrived burnt. One of the paninis was so empty that I only got one steak inside, and the kebabs were just as bad.
