McDonald's

I go back every time, hoping it's improved, but it's getting worse and worse. This time they actually gave me reheated fries! I don't know how that's possible, I've never seen anything like it. It's unacceptable. The employees at that McDonald's are complete idiots, and it's been like that for years.

We were there on July 14th (national holiday), so it was quite busy. The place and the staff were therefore quite overwhelmed. The food was okay, but the fries were rather cold. It wasn't particularly clean and not at all chilled – unacceptable in this weather!

Going to McDonald's in the evening with my two children and my mother was quite an event... Initially, a staff member refused us entry to the upstairs area with the play area, even though there were a few other customers. After complaining, we were finally allowed to sit down, and then, magically, there was a group of incredibly noisy young people who no one said a word to. Of course. That's when I lost it. Very poor management that left a bitter taste in my mouth. I'm really very disappointed. I don't think I'll be going back to this McDonald's.

Dirty toilets. No air conditioning. I've rarely seen a McDonald's with such poor hygiene.

Very good restaurant, fresh meat, homemade fries, inexpensive

Very slow service, staff neither dynamic nor welcoming; we had to wait 20 minutes for two simple drinks. This needs to be reassessed!

We ordered ice cream, the woman arrived, didn't even glance at us, didn't say hello, just threw the tray on the table and left. Melted and half-full ice cream—thanks for the wonderful experience!

I went to order 2 ice creams and my Macflury wasn't even half full, 4.90 for nothing, I don't recommend it.

Place for delivery drivers

They're unpleasant when it comes to paying; they make you wait forever!! Don't go there

Visited on the evening of the Fête de la Musique. Four of us were walking down the street with friends, and the security guard let all three of them in but not me, saying, "I can't let you in, it's full." First of all, it wasn't full; I still have eyes. Secondly, I explained to him five times that I was with them and that they would all be leaving (meaning he was going to lose four customers for the restaurant), when he could have simply let me in with them. Appalling service; very disappointed for a place I frequent. Review the instructions you give your security guards, teaching them to be customer-oriented, to be reasonable, and not to be stubborn. We won't be coming back anytime soon.
