Incredible, I've rarely eaten such good Italian food in France.

I ate there with a friend a week ago and we had a wonderful meal. The waiters were great and the service was excellent. The food was superb; we shared a burrata, each ordered two main courses, and had a cocktail.

Excellent food, pleasant staff

Very, very good, apart from a few overripe cherry tomatoes in the salads. The dishes were generous and very tasty, except for those tomatoes. It's a shame they spoiled the meal, and you had to pick through them afterwards out of caution. Otherwise, excellent service! 😁

Overall, it was good. My only complaint is that yesterday's cuttlefish dish (squid, tentacles, etc.) was practically nonexistent. It was just batter for frying. The sea bass was excellent.

Second visit to this establishment. It's popular. The dining room and terrace are packed. Luckily, we find a small table for two. A friendly welcome from a very energetic waitress. The ravioli of the day isn't for me, so I order the hand-cut steak tartare, which is very tasty and beautifully presented: parmesan shavings, two-tone cherry tomatoes, and served with roasted potato wedges and a lovely salad. My friend orders an unrecognizable chicken dish, served with tomato sauce and accompanied by "white croutons" or something like that. The Italian wines by the glass are pleasant, although served too warm. Many restaurant owners and customers don't realize that even red wines cool down depending on the temperature. The bill for a main course and a glass of wine each is quite reasonable: €48. The staff is friendly, as is the owner. A place I highly recommend. Quick service despite the late hour of 1:20 pm.

Very disappointing! Dinner with friends at Manofica Liberté. Big change: the appetizers were rather heavy, the polpette were just breadcrumbs, even the pizza was too thin… We were used to better. Perhaps a change of chef? Be warned, it was definitely not as good.

I prefer Manofica Liberté to its sister restaurant on the port. The menu is the same in both establishments, though. So it must be because of the much cozier atmosphere...

Personally, I usually eat at the restaurant by the port, which is more welcoming and respectful. I ordered a dish, and two condiments were removed at my request. I asked to replace them with two others. To my surprise, when the bill arrived, I was charged for the entire dish plus an additional seven and eight euros, making it a €28 dish with three eggplants on a bed of lamb's lettuce, plus a tasteless potato. After complaining, the waitress didn't come back to see me. Then she left me there after I'd paid. She didn't come back to see me. I find this inappropriate and disrespectful. Avoid this place.

The welcome, the friendliness, and the quality of the food are always top-notch. It's an excellent Toulon restaurant that we remain loyal to. Well done!
