The best pizza in all of France! A must-stop if you're in Sanary. The place is large, with a back patio, and the decor is beautiful and creative inside and out. Every time I go, the facade is decorated differently—I love it! The staff is very attentive and friendly. The owners are lovely and kind people, always serving with a big smile. The food is delicious; I'm obsessed with the pizzas. The best part is that they have other options like sweet pizzas for dessert. I highly recommend the Don Charlie! And the breaded cutlet with Bolognese sauce is truly spectacular. My favorite restaurant, one I always want to return to. See you very soon!

We've been coming to Sanary for our holidays for several years now, and the first thing we do is have lunch or dinner at Mico's. This restaurant is a must-try; the pizzas are delicious, it's hard to choose just one! And all the different dishes are homemade. Truly, in terms of value for money, they're unbeatable. The service is top-notch, attentive, and friendly. I highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't been. In any case, we go several times during our stay, and also with friends.

I'm following up on the review left by my partner, Candice. I had absolutely no desire to write a comment, preferring to forget this unpleasant experience, but seeing their bad faith in trying to salvage their image, I find it scandalous and so dishonest that I can't remain silent. When my partner asked twice for clarification on the menu, it was because there was a point that could be confusing. The menu simply stated "sliced ​​tomatoes," without mentioning tomato sauce. It sometimes happens that pizzerias omit to specify tomato sauce in addition to "sliced ​​tomatoes." That's why my partner asked if, IN ADDITION to the sliced ​​tomatoes, there was a tomato base. And there couldn't be any confusion, because she didn't ask "is there a tomato base?" She asked twice if, IN ADDITION to the sliced ​​tomatoes, there was a tomato base. She received a "yes" answer twice, the first time with a proper explanation. Furthermore, she works in HR and is quite good at choosing her words carefully to avoid confusion and ensure she's understood; that's precisely why she asked the question twice. Of course, a mistake by one, or even two, servers can happen. But what followed is something I've rarely witnessed in a restaurant. Her pizza was brought to her, so she asked where the tomato base was. There wasn't any, so the server took it back to the kitchen. A few seconds later, another server arrived, not to emphatically explain that it was on the menu and that if she wanted to change it, no problem, but that on this July 14th, it would take a little while (as they wrote in response to her comment). What they did was clearly a pressure tactic; the server told her, "You can change it, but it's going to take a very long time." Basically, go ahead, you can, but you won't know when you'll get your pizza. Her verbal and non-verbal cues clearly indicated, "If you change it, I'll put you last." Then she tried everything to get me to take it, adding, "Eat this, you'll like it." I couldn't believe my ears (I didn't realize she knew my partner so well). Then came, "Or we'll put sauce on top." She was so unwilling to redo it that she made a completely unappealing offer... Instead, she could have said, "It's really busy, and to avoid inconveniencing each other and apologize for the mistake, we'll give you the pizza for half price." Especially since, contrary to their misleading comment, she only ate a little more than half. She wanted to avoid wasting the 16 euros she was going to pay anyway. So, the person who left the comment might have looked after the server had cleared the plate. Given the occasional communication issues, it wouldn't surprise me at all. Especially since the waitress clearly saw it, as she was the one who cleared our plates and was the one who put the pressure on us. And finally, regarding the complimentary limoncello. My partner doesn't drink alcohol, and I didn't particularly want any, so she offered the coffee without even saying, "I'm offering you the coffee." It was someone else who edited the bill who pointed that out to me. In any case, the only mistake I made was accepting only the complimentary coffee. In conclusion, if you want exactly what's listed on the menu and your order is perfectly executed, then everything will be fine. However, if you have even the slightest disagreement with this staff, you won't be treated as a customer, but as a troublemaker who needs to be silenced. Nothing more to add, well, almost nothing: using a baby bottle for hot sauce is in very poor taste. PS: You can reply again to save face and twist everything I said into a version that makes you look better, but the woman who served us knows the truth perfectly well.

Avoid at all costs. Customer service is nonexistent. I ordered a pizza with fresh tomatoes and asked two different servers if there was a tomato base plus the added fresh tomatoes. Both confirmed it was. When the pizza arrived, there was no tomato base, just a bath of olive oil. I told the server this, as it wasn't for lack of asking twice. He admitted his mistake and offered to remake the pizza. The manager returned with the same pizza, explaining that it was written on the menu and therefore my fault. I told her that I had asked two servers and that both had given me the same answer; otherwise, I would have ordered a different pizza. She suggested I eat the pizza, saying that otherwise, I would have had to wait a long time if they had to make another one. I felt I had no choice. She came back again, saying that her servers hadn't understood what I had told them. I find it deplorable that they didn't consider the possibility of fault, as the servers are supposed to know the menu, unless otherwise stated. No gesture of goodwill was offered. We took the initiative to suggest one, and received a negative response, except for a single free coffee. We will not be returning.

It's always a treat to come to Mico's; the pizzas, meats, pasta—everything is delicious. The welcome is always so warm. A pleasure that never gets old.
