I confirm the numerous reviews denouncing the impossibility of connecting one's account to SMART PIZZA (the app) to order pizzas from the Sanary PAROLA PIZZA machine.

Pastry not cooked in the middle

It's completely impossible to create a loyalty account, even though it's advertised as easy on the machine. You're supposed to enter your phone number and receive a text message, but I did it and never received one. The pizza is extremely expensive, and every time I've had a terrible stomach ache all night afterward.

For years, I haven't been able to connect my account to SMART PIZZA (the app) to order pizzas from the PAROLA PIZZA vending machine in Sanary, even though an account on the app is required. The Sanary machine tells me my account is unknown. Also, when the app sends me SMS messages to change my account password, I don't receive them. I created another account on the SMART PIZZA app (with a different email address). I'm logged in to the SMART PIZZA app, but I still can't log in to the Sanary machine. So every time, I'm forced to buy pizzas as a guest, which means nothing on my PAROLA PIZZA loyalty card! There's definitely a problem between the Sanary machine and the account they require to be entered on the Smart Pizza machine! Dozens of pizzas I've bought over the years from this machine in Sanary have never been credited to my Parola Pizza loyalty card because it's impossible to log in to my loyalty account on the machine in Sanary... Plus, as someone else said (who was insulted by Parola Pizza for his reply, and they're doing the same thing to me!!!), I got terrible stomach pains after eating these pizzas two nights in a row. They're very expensive for their small size...
