La pizzeria

Pizza ordered, undercooked dough, stale ingredients, I was sick all night. I don't usually review restaurants, but I have to avoid this place at all costs!!!

Disappointed after my first visit I wanted to try this new Provençal pizzeria, but the experience was disastrous. The pizza I ordered this evening was inedible: the dough resembled a pre-baked industrial sheet (tasted like cardboard and had a rubbery texture), the toppings were barely cooked, and the whole thing had an unpleasant aftertaste. On top of that, there was a blatant lack of hygiene in the truck: careless food handling, not to mention food left on the work surface without being put away in the refrigerators. It's hard to believe that even basic standards are being met… As a lover of real artisanal pizzas, I find it regrettable that establishments use low-quality products while claiming to be pizza makers. This hurts those who passionately work with fresh ingredients and homemade dough. Let's hope this feedback helps them re-evaluate their priorities: quality, transparency, and respect for their customers. As it stands, I do not recommend it and will not return."

Tonight I ordered a four-cheese pizza and it's a disgrace to the pizza-making profession. The pre-cooked, vacuum-sealed dough is scandalous. The tomato sauce wasn't cooked. The ingredients on the truck weren't even refrigerated, a complete break in the cold chain. The pizza ovens are like hand-operated toasters... What kind of farce is this? I understand times are tough, but to do this... NO THANKS. I absolutely do not recommend this food truck. I'll give it a long time. You can make up your own minds. I'll pass. Thanks for the free drink, it makes it a little easier to swallow.

A nice truck, beautiful and delicious pizzas and a warm service, go for it!
