Update of April 11th. We were greeted by Emmanuella (I hope I'm not confusing her name with Manuella) and the welcome was, as always, very warm. We bought (among other things) the Colomba (a cousin of the Panettone) and it was a real revelation! Nothing like what you can find in a supermarket, for example. A real delight!!! This confirms for me (even though I didn't doubt it, actually) that this is the place to go to buy and enjoy quality Italian products! And this is further confirmed by the pizzas from "Pepe" in Six-Fours-les-Plages, also in Six-Fours-les-Plages. Thank you again for all these wonderful moments and pleasures. During our next visit to restock our pasta (Italian pasta is truly exceptional, and here the choice between different qualities makes you forget about supermarket pasta), Pascuale explained the possible recipes for each type of pasta. I tried the carbonara for lunch today, made according to their recipe and using their own ingredients (Parmesan, pecorino, and guanciale): pure bliss!!! This is truly the place to find quality products with guaranteed origin. The icing on the cake is that the owners are Neapolitan, just like their friends at the excellent pizzeria Le Vesuviana in Six-Fours-les-Plages. So here are two must-try spots for a delicious meal prepared by professionals who are passionate about their products and recipes.
