Riviera 3 - restaurant Six-Fours

We returned to Riviera 3 for another meal with a couple of friends and opted for the chef's menu, which we love. Everything was perfect: the service, the dishes with their fabulous balance of spices, and the wines, which we discovered were perfectly paired with the menu. Congratulations to the entire team for maintaining this level of quality; we are never disappointed!

Another exceptional evening (taste buds tingling with the delicacy and refinement of the dishes, eyes wide with wonder, and a comforting warmth)! The octopus was stunning, the prawns flavorful, and the cookie utterly decadent, all accompanied by a white wine carefully selected by Jean: now that's a feast! Every time it's a discovery. An enchanting interlude, a moment suspended in time!

We had a good time; the food was good. However, the air-conditioned dining room, which was empty, was inaccessible during the heatwave. Only the terrace is open to customers during peak season. We didn't understand this. I felt uncomfortable for my husband, who was sweating profusely on the sun-drenched terrace. When we mentioned the heat, we were told that the staff were also hot. But why not use the air-conditioned dining room during such a heatwave?

I received a very poor welcome at this restaurant, likely due in part to the start of the season. It would have been nice if the bartender, who charged me €167 for two people, had thanked me for leaving the extra €10 tip. At the time of payment, there was neither a thank you nor a goodbye.

Good service, Ricard just right, ice and water on the side, perfect. However, the sommelier was wearing an advertising t-shirt and didn't have a wine list, even though they supposedly have a cellar with many bottles! The food was excellent, the dishes very well prepared. The waitresses were very professional. A good evening nonetheless.

I've been coming to this restaurant for several years now, and it's always a truly delightful experience. Located just 30 meters from the sea, it's the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing moment. The Chef's Blind Tasting Menu at €49 is a real gem: a delicate amuse-bouche, a generous and perfectly executed main course, and a rich dessert to finish on a high note. Every bite demonstrates great culinary skill and a genuine attention to detail. The service is outstanding: discreet, attentive, and always with a smile. The staff are incredibly kind, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The sommelier offered excellent advice, with very reasonable wine prices. Thank you! Seated on the elegant terrace, in a calm and relaxing atmosphere, you can fully enjoy the moment, far from the tourist crowds. A place I wholeheartedly recommend – and where I return every year with the same enthusiasm.
