Restaurant La Lanterne

We had a wonderful time at La Lanterne. Everything was perfect: a warm welcome, pleasant service, and delicious food. The ingredients are high-quality, the portions generous, and each dish was a true delight. You can taste the care that goes into the cooking. A truly excellent restaurant that I highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

Very disappointed. We've been coming here since 1993 and it used to be the perfect place for us. Since the change of ownership, everything has gone downhill... a 55-minute wait for a pizza. There were only 10 people in the restaurant... We're very disappointed; this restaurant was one of our go-to spots... but all good things must come to an end.

Since the new owner took over, it's very bad.

We were customers who came occasionally to enjoy good wood-fired pizzas. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed, truly disappointed. They were small and sparsely topped. It used to be much better. Furthermore, the service was lacking; the pizzas arrived 15 minutes apart.

A place that combines a warm welcome, an attentive and efficient team, and delicious food! It's generous, it's tasty, it's fresh, it's impeccable. Can't wait to try the tiramisu! 😊

What a disappointment since the change of ownership. A cold welcome, no friendliness whatsoever, and the feeling of being judged before the evening even began. The warm atmosphere that made the place famous seems to have vanished. It's a shame, because a restaurant isn't just about serving food: hospitality and good manners are also essential.

We're regulars at La Lanterne. Personally, I've known this place for a very, very long time. And now, with a new team and new management, it's even better than before! Everything is fantastic: the welcome, the service, the food (20/20 for the amazing waitress!). We came on Friday the 12th in the evening (table of 4), and I said I'd leave a great review, and here it is, well deserved. We'll definitely be back, and you even made my husband happy—now he can ask for his "Gruyère cheese" extra! You made someone very happy! Come and discover them—they're amazing!!

What a lovely discovery this restaurant is! It's cozy and has a great atmosphere. Recently under new ownership, the menu is small but well-thought-out, which inspires confidence and makes you want to try it. Our waiter, Fred, is truly professional and very pleasant. We have absolutely no complaints about our lunch; we only tried the ice cream for dessert, which was excellent. In short, we highly recommend it. The prices are reasonable, and we'll definitely be back!

Unfortunately, I didn't choose a pizza... I opted for the eggplant parmigiana instead. I was very disappointed: two slices of almost raw eggplant, a tasteless tomato sauce, and mozzarella cheese to top it all off... with a few baby potatoes on the side. I pointed out to the waiter that the eggplant was raw. He took my plate and came back 15 minutes later, but it wasn't much better. The owner could have offered me dessert as compensation—two scoops of ice cream for 5 euros—but no... I left the restaurant still hungry... what a shame.
