A long-time customer, always so welcoming, the quality is exceptional, delivery time is always more than reasonable, nothing to say except don't hesitate, order with your eyes closed!

The pizza was excellent, but I didn't appreciate the 50-minute delay with no explanation or apology. I had to call to find out what was going on; they said they were making a delivery (I doubt it, since I still had to wait another 15 minutes, even though I live only 5 minutes away by scooter). So, be wary of delays or call immediately...

I always order here (at least twice a month). I recently placed an order: two pizzas, one with an extra charge. Upon delivery, we noticed that this ingredient (which we had already paid for) was missing, and that the second pizza wasn't the one we ordered (mistakes happen, no worries). We called back to point this out, explaining that it wasn't necessary to remake both pizzas, despite the missing egg, but only the incorrect one. We picked up the correct pizza 15 minutes later, and what a surprise when the delivery driver informed us that the owner wanted to take back the old one! I think that after two mistakes plus the wait for delivery, a gesture of goodwill could have been made. It's a shame; we know we won't be ordering pizzas from here again.
