Very good food!

While the ambiance, setting, welcome, and food are quite pleasant, the service is lacking. Prices reflect the location. For 4 adults and 1 child, an aperitif cost €34, with not a single olive or crisp as an accompaniment—nothing to tide us over and allow us to appreciate the ambiance. As soon as we finished our main course, there was no dessert, and we were told to get the bill.

From start to finish the service was truly awful, as was the pasta carbonara, which was completely tasteless with some burnt bacon and others that were cooked normally. Only the pizza was very good.

Excellent experience at Don Papé on the port of La Seyne-sur-Mer! We enjoyed a smoked salmon salad, duck breast, and ribeye steak, and everything was absolutely delicious. The dishes were beautiful, very well presented, and prepared with high-quality ingredients. You can tell there's been real thought and care put into the flavors, seasonings, and sauces, which bring a true originality and a great deal of finesse to each dish. The cooking was perfect, and the entire meal was a real pleasure; the flans were delicious. The service was also very pleasant. We highly recommend this restaurant and will gladly return!

We had taken care to book by phone, but upon arrival the table wasn't ready and we had to wait 15 minutes standing in the entrance, even though the restaurant wasn't full, with plenty of tables available. The dish finally arrived: potato gratin swimming in a sauce that was far too thick and greasy, and overcooked lamb. The menu listed seasonal vegetables as a side dish, but none were on our plate. And once we'd finished our main courses, we had to wait another 20 minutes for the plates to be cleared. A huge disappointment!

Excellent Italian restaurant, the dishes are delicious and their desserts are simply divine.

A true gem! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Lahcen, the owner. Passionate and genuine, he took the time to share his journey, his experience, and all his expertise. We were torn between several pizzas, and he was incredibly kind: personalized advice, detailed explanations, and even a taste of two slices to help us choose. The result? Absolutely exceptional pizzas. As lovers of truly great pizza, we can say without hesitation that they go straight into our Top 5 best pizzas we've ever tasted. And what can we say about the flan… simply incredible! A real favorite that alone is worth the trip. Thank you to Lahcen for his welcome, his passion, and this magnificent culinary experience. A truly wonderful place! The restaurant's decor is superb, refined, and executed with impeccable taste. The ambiance is pleasant, allowing you to spend a delightful time in a calm and friendly setting. From the cocktail to the dessert, including the main course, everything was delicious and prepared with care. The ingredients are high-quality, and the flavors are spot on. Special mention to Imen, who accompanied us throughout the evening with her smile, good humor, and invaluable advice. The entire team is welcoming and friendly, and you can feel the great camaraderie among the staff, which contributes to the warm atmosphere of the place. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're visiting the port of La Seyne-sur-Mer and looking for a quality restaurant in a pleasant setting. 😊

A superb experience! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The staff serving us were excellent, and the pizza chef was fantastic! He even came to our table himself to serve our personalized pizza because I have a lactose allergy. I thank the entire team for their kindness and good humor. The dishes were as beautiful as they were delicious, and the wait was very quick—perfect! I recommend it 100%!

This isn't my first time at Don Papé, but today I was disappointed, not with the food itself, but with the service. No greeting, no smile; it seemed like they were annoyed. Sorry about the Therme; the staff has changed, except for the gentleman who made the pizzas, who was always smiling and took care of the customers. Thankfully.

Just an incredible experience, the staff were incredibly attentive and the chef was simply fantastic. I recommend it 200%, it was extremely good.
