So far, these are the best pizzas I've ever had. The ingredients are top quality, the aroma is wonderful, and there's something for every budget and taste! Plus, the staff is always smiling and friendly. Both times I've been, two young women took my order, and they were both very friendly and welcoming. The pizzas are also prepared very quickly. I highly recommend this pizzeria!

A loyal customer for years, simply perfect!

We came in person to order because the app wasn't working and the phone number wasn't answering. We dared to inform them, politely pointing out the problem! Their response was, "We only have two hands!" in a tone that was more than disrespectful: "Dear Madam, please know that you are not the only one working; your customers also have jobs! And if you are incapable of being polite and welcoming, you should consider doing something else. What a disappointment to be received like that!"

The pizza was delicious, the delivery driver was great, thank you Rayan for your kindness, very pleasant!

Four takeaway pizzas ordered at 8 PM via the app for the then-available 8:45-9 PM time slot in La Garde. After a 1 hour and 15 minute wait in front of the truck, the pizzas FINALLY arrived at 10 PM!! Thanks for the wasted time... As if that wasn't enough, the extra egg on one of the pizzas, charged during the app payment, was missing! And to top it all off, the complaint tab on the app doesn't seem to work, with an icon that spins endlessly when I try to submit a complaint. I'm not thanking you for ruining this evening with friends because of you, and I won't be saying "next time." I will be sure to tell everyone about your lack of professionalism!

I'm increasingly disappointed with Lou Gardo, which I used to consider the very best. We've been customers for years, but it's clear that it's not the same anymore. I understand the price increases, but the fact that the pizzas are getting smaller and smaller and less generous is like a triple price hike. I really hope they go back to how they used to be, otherwise I'll do what others have done and go elsewhere.
