Unfriendly service; asking for information makes you feel like you're bothering them. A small slice of pissaladière for €2.50 is a disgrace; it wasn't good at all. It tasted like the onions had been boiled in water. Plus, a strawberry cake for almost €10—a disgrace! I'm not even giving it one star; it doesn't deserve it.

For the past six years, we've spent our holidays in Carqueiranne, and every summer we come to this bakery to buy our bread, breakfast pastries, have a coffee, or treat ourselves to some cakes. The products are good, and that's what kept us coming back year after year. However, this year, our experience was significantly marred by the service. The waitress was particularly unpleasant, unhelpful, and spoke to customers in a way we found unacceptable. It's a real shame, especially in a tourist town where the quality of service is essential. We'll continue to enjoy our holidays in Carqueiranne, but from now on, we'll choose the bakery by the port, where the service is much warmer. It's a pity, because the products from this bakery deserve a more welcoming experience.

Outrageous prices!! €21.60 for two small sandwiches and two small slices of apple tart! A disgrace… Especially since the bagnat was very dry and had pits in the olives (watch your teeth!!!). The prices weren't displayed… We obviously won't be back…

Yesterday I bought a baguette at the Sarroche bakery in Carqueiranne. I don't go there often, but I've never really been disappointed until now. Today I cut a piece of my bread and found a live earwig inside. You can imagine my surprise and disgust… I'm not usually one to leave negative comments, it doesn't interest me, but I can't keep this to myself.

I was disappointed during my visit: despite buying two sandwiches and a carrot salad, I wasn't offered any cutlery or a napkin. It's regrettable to have to rely on the kindness of passersby to enjoy my meal.

Excellent pastry shop... delicious, wide selection of pastries and snacks... the traditional baguette is delicious...

I bought a king cake yesterday! What a disappointment to find no trinket inside when we ate it last night! Well, especially our guests... I tried calling all morning to let them know about this oversight! Sarroche never answered. I went to the store in person, and the person looked at their phone and confirmed that it was indeed dead! And that it wasn't them who put the trinkets in, but the baker... before finally offering to give me one! Well, I must have gotten someone who was very unmotivated and barely cared! If Sarroche Carqueiranne can afford not to answer the phone, to sell expensive king cakes without trinkets, and lose customers, then everything must be going swimmingly for them! I'll go elsewhere from now on!

When you want to give a gift of biscuits and nougat and you realize that your nougat expired in 2024, and there's a sticker on top, you wonder what the rest is like—it's a disgrace!
